Returns:
We try to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, however due to the nature of the goods we supply we do accept that from time to time there may be some damages. If you would like to return you order in the event it is damaged, please call our sales team on (01) 4019045 and we will refund or replace. If there are individual items broken, we will offer you a refund proportionate to the value of your order or send replacement items on your next order. Our sales team will be able to discuss this with you..If you change your mind about your order, i.e wrong size or shape we will gladly refund the full amount of your order excluding delivery cost. All we ask is you pay for the cost of returning the goods. Once we receive the goods back in our warehouse we will refund your Credit/Debit card within two days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and dispatch as soon as it arrives back into stock. All items are subject to availability. Any shortfall or damaged goods must be reported to the company within two days of receipt.
Delivery of Orders:
Important Information: Customers please note the following. BNR Ltd. ship goods by volume due to the nature of the goods. In some circumstances when ordering it may happen that a customer’s order exceeds our maximum volume setting. In this case no carriage will be applied at the checkout. If this occurs BNR Ltd. will call the customer after the order is placed informing them of the carriage cost for goods. The above situation rarely occurs but it can happen.On receipt of orders we will dispatch goods within one working day. BNR do not operate their own delivery vehicles. All orders are sent out by independent couriers during normal office hours. We cannot offer a timed delivery option and goods are delivered according to the route and schedule of an independent courier over which we have no control. You must inform us at time of ordering if there are any restrictions when delivering. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. We cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery if customer is not at home or at place of business to accept delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery if details provided are incorrect.
